Compensation

If you come to work for us, you can expect to receive a fair salary or hourly wage for the work you do. As part of our effort to demonstrate the value we place on our professional and support staffs, Entellus pays all employees for their overtime. Non-exempt employees receive overtime pay at the rate of 1.5 times their rate of pay. Exempt employees receive additional straight time compensation, in addition to their salaries.

Insurance

We provide our employees with medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and their families. In addition, we provide our employees with life, accidental death and dismemberment, and long-term disability insurance. To help pay for expenses not covered by insurance, Entellus provides access to a flexible spending account for medical expenses. Using this account, employees can set aside tax-exempt money to pay for deductibles, co-payments, or other non-reimbursed medical expenses.

Flexibility

"Enjoyment" is one of our core values. While work is important, Entellus feels there should be a healthy balance between work, family time and personal pursuits. Therefore, we provide flexible work hours to help families with special needs such as child care, we provide eight paid holidays per year, and we encourage our employees to take advantage of our generous vacation and sick leave policies.

Dependent Care

We know that child care expenses can be significant. To help with this obligation, Entellus offers a Dependent Care Assistance program which allows employees to set aside tax-exempt money to pay for child or other dependent day care.
