Entellus, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and collaborative team player to join our construction team in Phoenix, Arizona. The position involves day-to-day interfacing with contractors, project team members, our clients, and other technical experts to ensure each project is built according to plans and specifications. Projects will be related to civil infrastructure, such as roads, water/wastewater facilities, pump stations and pipelines.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine field inspections for the purpose of verifying conformance to construction plans and specifications.
  • Monitor, observe, and record the work performed daily.
  • Attend various meetings as needed related to projects.
  • Resolve construction field conflicts.
  • Follow safety rules and practices and other safety requirements for all projects.
  • Maintain and take care of all company equipment and vehicles.
  • Other duties assigned by Entellus supervisor.

What we are looking for . . .

  • 2-5 years of experience in a construction-related field.
  • Minimum of an associate degree in construction engineering or related field, or 5+ years of civil infrastructure inspection, or construction contractor experience
  • Must have a good driving record and valid driver’s license.
  • OSHA 10-hour construction safety certificate, preferred.
  • NICET, ACI certifications, preferred.
  • Ability to communicate professionally, orally and in writing.
  • Possess sufficient stamina to work outdoors, especially in Arizona summer temperatures.
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to work overtime

Entellus, Inc. is currently seeking qualified Land Surveyors to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona.  Individuals will be responsible for assisting with the management of our land survey team and interacting daily with our survey crews and office staff.  The individual filling this position must have knowledge and understanding of survey operations and the ability to identify potential problems, conduct boundary, topographic, and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, perform construction layout, and all other duties as assigned.  The position also has the opportunity for advancement for motivated individuals willing to learn and help the department grow.

Skills/Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Demonstrated successful, reliable surveying experience
  • Knowledge of survey calculations and ability to work in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center and/or Carlson
  • Land Surveyor-in-Training or Registered Land Surveyor (RLS) in Arizona, preferred
  • Must have a good driving record and valid drivers license
  • Must be able and comfortable performing field survey tasks
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and construction documents
  • Ability to prepare calculations, alignments, and instructions for field work
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively collaborate with technical teams and work under the guidance of the Marketing Director to develop winning proposals.
  • Conduct thorough research and ensure proposals are in compliance with all RFP criteria and requirements.
  • Manage proposal schedules to ensure all deadlines are met and lead action plans as part of the proposal process.
  • Develop proposal structure and creative content to meet compliance requirements.
  • Work with technical staff to obtain proposal information and formulate strategies with winning themes.
  • Facilitate communication and distribute information with teams, including RFPs/RFQs, amendments, and supplemental information to ensure compliance and accuracy of proposal content.
  • Source and integrate technical content provided by various authors into a cohesive, compelling, and well-written narrative aligned with winning themes.
  • Coordinate graphics and images within Entellus Standards to help illustrate the proposal message.
  • Review proposals for grammar, spelling, accuracy, and to maintain the Entellus voice.
  • Develop, write, and maintain marketing information systems and records, including staff resumes, project sheets, proposal graphics, marketing calendars, and other standard materials.
  • Maintain our CRM database related to clients, consultants, personnel, mailing lists, and project histories.
  • Coordinate award competition entries and ensure compliance with award requirements.
  • Assist with maintaining company registrations and tracking professional staff licensure updates.
  • Assist the marketing team on other projects, including but not limited to branding, internal and external communications, website, social media, events, tradeshow planning, and promotions.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing or business development, preferably in the A/E/C industry
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat) and Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with an ability to create compelling narratives that effectively communicate qualifications
  • Ability to effectively manage time, meet strict deadlines, and work flexible hours as needed

Entellus currently has a number of exciting projects underway, and we are looking for a full-time Civil Engineer with strong technical ability, good communication skills, and enthusiasm to join our growing team. This position will require you to work with other engineers, project managers, and technical staff in the production of plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates for municipal infrastructure projects such as the design of roadways, drainage facilities, site grading, and water and sanitary sewer utilities.

Entellus currently has a number of exciting projects underway, and we are looking for a full-time Civil or Mechanical Engineer with strong technical ability, good communication skills, and enthusiasm to join our growing water/wastewater group. This position will require you to work with other engineers, project managers, and technical staff in the production of plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates for municipal infrastructure projects, including the design and construction oversight of water and wastewater infrastructure. These include but are not limited to booster pump stations, water production wells, storage tanks, sewage lift stations, odor control, water/wastewater treatment, and water/sewer lines and force mains. A strong background in water/wastewater infrastructure is preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and construction oversight of water/wastewater infrastructure, civil site, and related projects
  • Update designs based on manager and client feedback
  • Assist in the preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates, reports, and calculations
  • Conduct water/wastewater modeling and design
  • Background in hydraulic calculations, hydraulic modeling, and pump selection
  • Coordinate with client/owner, subconsultants, and utility companies during the design process

Entellus’ Phoenix office is growing, and we are seeking a Civil Engineer to assist our clients and lead water resource projects. Don’t worry if you don’t check all the boxes – we are primarily looking for someone motivated to learn and be part of a fun stormwater and drainage team.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with other Project Managers, Engineers, Designers, and other staff to perform the following duties:

  • Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses including 2-D modeling
  • Perform floodplain mapping and delineations
  • Evaluate drainage issues and develop creative solutions
  • Help develop drainage master plans
  • Design drainage facilities including culverts, storm drains, and more
  • Perform research, synthesize data, and write reports
  • Assist in client contact and communications for projects and tasks
  • Attend client meetings
  • Assist in preparing proposals, scopes of work and cost estimates
  • May be expected to perform fieldwork

Skills/Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field required
  • 4 to 6 years of experience with stormwater projects
  • A Professional Engineer (PE) License
  • Excellent written and communication skills and strong math and science skills
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project software
  • Familiarity with ESRI ArcMap
  • Experience using HEC-RAS, FLO-2D
  • Experience with other hydrology & hydraulics programs
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and Civil3D is also desirable
  • Ability to prioritize special projects and daily workload to ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced multi-discipline team environment
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours, if required
  • Flexibility to work partially remote is also an option
