Entellus, Inc. is actively seeking a talented entry level Construction Inspector to support our team in Phoenix, Arizona. The position involves day-to-day interfacing with contractors, project team members, our clients, and other technical experts to ensure each project is built according to plans and specifications. Projects will be related to civil infrastructure, such as roads, water/wastewater facilities, pump stations and pipelines.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine field inspections for the purpose of verifying conformance to construction plans and specifications.
  • Monitor, observe, and record the work performed
  • Attend various meetings as needed related to
  • Resolve construction field
  • Follow safety rules and practices and other safety requirements for all
  • Maintain and take care of all company issued equipment and vehicles.
  • Other duties assigned by Entellus

Qualifications

  • Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable driving record
  • Ability to communicate professionally orally and in writing
  • Standing and walking for long periods of time
  • Use a company provided computer or tablet for entering data

Entellus has immediate openings for full-time CAD Technician in our Phoenix, Arizona office. We currently have a number of exciting projects underway and are looking for individuals with strong technical ability, good communication skills and enthusiasm to join our successful and growing team. This position will require you to create and conceptualize drawings for a wide variety of public and private sector projects.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Designers, and other staff to perform the following duties:

  • Produce base drawings, plan and profile drawings, perspective drawings, overlays, profiles, and related maps and illustrations primarily for civil site layout and residential communities, utility, grading, stormwater, water/wastewater, and municipal roadway projects
  • Maintain project files and ensure CADD standards
  • Assist project managers with preparation of quantities, cost estimates, and project submittals

Skills/Qualifications

  • Applicants should have training in CAD, Civil Engineering, or a related field

Entellus is seeking a Project Manager/Construction Manager (PM/CM) for civil infrastructure projects such as roads, water/wastewater facilities, pump stations, and pipelines. Project Managers generally serve as the “Owner’s Representative” for municipal and private projects, and will oversee the construction administration and inspection team including a project engineer/EIT and construction inspector. The position involves day-to-day interfacing with contractors, project team members, our clients, and other technical experts to ensure each project is built according to plans and specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of one or more construction administration/inspection contracts.
  • Directs and supervises work of project administration, special inspectors, and subconsultants including engineers, architects, surveyors, and construction materials/quality control laboratories.
  • Coordinates work with engineers to establish priorities and maintain satisfactory relationships with owners, prime contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Is involved in preparing cost estimates and assisting in the development and/or review of submittals.
  • Serves as liaison between project engineer, field staff, and clients.
  • Provides oversight of construction projects, ensuring adherence to contract and subcontract terms, performance, quality assurance, compliance requirements, and engineering specifications.

Entellus, Inc, is seeking a detail-oriented entry-level Surveyor to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The individual filling this position will receive real-world experience by working side-by-side with our project managers, surveyors, and technicians on a variety of projects. This is a full-time position with benefits.   • Work in the field with survey crews on topographic, boundary, and construction staking tasks
  • Operate and maintain survey equipment and safety standards

Entellus has a new opportunity for a Land Development Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a variety of project types including residential subdivisions, multi-family, commercial, and industrial sites. The successful candidate is accountable for project performance, ensuring quality control on deliverables, and maintaining strong client relationships through quality deliverables and professional service. This role also provides direction and guidance to junior engineers and technicians assigned to the project manager’s team. This individual will report to the Land Development Discipline Leader.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare, negotiate, and manage scope, schedules, and budgets
  • Prepare and manage monthly client invoicing
  • Manage and mentor project team
  • Manage a variety of land development projects through the entire lifecycle of the project
  • Participate in the firm’s seller-doer culture by developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Maintain quality control on all project deliverables
  • Provide and teach engineering best practices to the project team

This position will require you to work with other engineers, project managers, and technical staff in the production of plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates for municipal infrastructure projects, including the design and construction oversight of water and wastewater infrastructure. These include but are not limited to booster pump stations, water production wells, storage tanks, sewage lift stations, odor control, water/wastewater treatment, and water/sewer lines and force mains. A strong background in water/wastewater infrastructure is preferred.
