Carlos works as an inspector on our construction team. He has always loved being outdoors and worked as a heavy equipment operator himself before deciding to pursue a career in construction management. He is currently enrolled in Mesa Community College, where he continues to move towards his career goals.

When he isn’t busy working or studying for school, Carlos enjoys spending time with his family, working out, and riding his motorcycle.
