Scott has been project manager on more than 400 commercial projects, 300+ residential subdivisions, 900+ residential site plans as well as multiple HUD housing and transportation-related projects. Although he carries huge responsibility, he makes it a point to have fun at work, injecting his sense of humor into every communication. Scott’s inviting personality and broad range of expertise forge lasting relationships with clients and employees alike.

In his personal life, Scott continues to provide outstanding leadership, serving as the chairman of the ACEC ethics committee, and performing peer plan review for DOPL Utah. Scott also finds a way to make his family a priority, enjoying the many hours they spend together.
