Toby joined our construction team where he inspects day-to-day contractor work activities, maintains daily records of events, and schedules applicable materials testing. Before making the switch to a career in the A/E/C industry, Toby served as a police officer in Pennsylvania. He decided to change fields because he was inspired by the hard work he saw in the people who he grew up with that worked in the construction field. Toby strives to bring that same work ethic every day.

Outside of the office, Toby enjoys being outside, playing sports, hunting, traveling, and spending time with his family and two Labrador Retrievers. He is also a self-proclaimed die-hard Pittsburgh sports fan.
