Entellus, Inc. is currently seeking a Marketing Intern to provide support to our busy marketing department in Phoenix, AZ. The internship is a paid position, requiring a commitment of at least 20 hours per week. We are looking for candidates who are able to start by November 1, 2017.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, have the ability to multitask, and have a desire to learn. He/she will possess strong interpersonal skills, an enthusiastic and positive attitude, and an excellent work ethic with the flexibility to work with a variety of team members, including firm principals, to meet project demands.

General Responsibilities:
Assist in the execution of marketing initiatives
- Work with Project Managers, responding to SOQ and RFP compliance requirements
- Write and proof content for marketing materials, collaterals, website, and social media sites
- Create and/or update staff resumes and project reference sheets
- Perform marketing research
- Assist with various marketing events and conferences
- Individual may also perform general clerical duties such as typing, copying, filing and mailing, and make various deliveries in or near Phoenix, AZ

Desired Skills and Experience:    
- Working towards a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business
- Ability to interact with peers and fellow employees in a professional manner
- A strong communicator, both written and verbal
- Excellent writing and grammar skills
- Should have an eye for composition, style, and graphics layout
- Familiar with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Applicants must have a valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience or interest in the Architecture/Engineering industry
- Well-versed in social media including Facebook, LinkedIn, and blogging is preferred


Entellus is seeking a highly-motivated individual to run one and two-person survey crews and assist with the management of our construction staking task force based at Sun City Festival in Buckeye.  The qualified candidate will have at least four years’ experience running a construction staking crew and the ability to interface daily with clients and sub-contractors.  Knowledge of survey calculations and ability to work in AutoCAD and/or Carlson required.  Ability to estimate fees and budget time and expenses a plus.  Work truck included with assignment and requires a clean driving record.


Purpose of Position:

Provide civil engineering design and plan production for residential subdivisions, master planned communities, mixed use, education, and commercial/retail projects. In addition, mentor junior design staff and provide quality control on design and all project deliverables.

Typical Duties:

Design and layout residential subdivisions both stand alone and within master planned communities, mixed use, education, and commercial/retail projects that include paving, grading, drainage, water, and sewer design.  May assign the final drafting/plan production to a lower classified designer or drafter, or may draft/generate the plans him or herself.

·         Prepares engineering calculations in support of the infrastructure design.
·         Reviews and applies the design standards established by all agencies involved in each project.
·         Coordinate with project team and other consultants.
·         Works within the scope, schedule, and budget assigned to each project.
·         Prepares hour estimate in support of project pursuits.
·         Day-to-day supervision of lower classified designers or drafters desired but not required. 

Limits of Authority:
While he or she has the authority to perform professional design duties, the designs are checked for quality and accuracy by the Senior Designer prior to giving the design and or plans to the Project Engineer or Project Manager just as they would be for any professional engineer who had performed a similar design.

Relationship to Others:
Works directly for the project engineer or project manager depending on assignment.  May have a practical supervision over the drafters and or designers assigned to the project.  Has no official reason to meet the client, however at times may participate in meetings with the client.

Knowledge and Experience Required:
Has at least 3-8 years experience in design and plan production for residential land projects (both conventional and hill side developments) and general land development type projects. Must be able to work independently and in a team environment, multi-task, prioritize work, be detail oriented, and competent and efficient in Civil 3D modeling and plan production tools.

survey technician   (Utah Location Only)

Hill & Argyle/Entellus, Inc. currently has an immediate opening for a Survey Technician.  Our office is located in Bountiful, UT.  This position will assist Project Managers by providing survey field work services and related CAD drafting duties.  You will perform field surveys to gather information for hydrological and topographical base mapping, aerial mapping ground control, structural as-builts, boundary surveys, cross-sections, horizontal and vertical control and location of right-of-way to be used in preparation of plans and specifications.  Perform office functions such as legal descriptions, design coordination, reduction of field data, and construction staking calculations. 

An Associate’s degree in civil engineering technology or 2-3 years’ relevant experience in varied surveying, CAD drafting and computer based civil engineering.  LSIT required with a PLS preferred or the ability to obtain within two years.  This position will be working in both the field and office.  This is a full-time position with benefits.
