In order to facilitate new development along Bell Road, the City of Glendale partnered with Entellus to perform a feasibility study and design for the relocation of one of its 3.5 MGD sewage lift stations.

Several locations, routes for the relocation of pipelines, and design/construction delivery methods were compared. The completed design package included electrical, control and instrumentation, SCADA radio line of sight study, structural, architectural, and odor control. To re-route the flows, approximately 1,300 linear feet of new 21-inch gravity sewer line and a connection into the existing force main was included in the design. Entellus was also selected to provide construction administration for the CMAR contract which included utility coordination, GMP negotiation, civil and special inspections, submittal review, RFI responses, start-up assistance, and general project administration tasks.
