Entellus worked with the Architectural Resource Team (ART) on the new Artspace Lofts, located in Mesa, Arizona, providing survey services and site/infrastructure design.
Entellus completed Final Plat, Paving, Grading and Drainage, Water, and Sewer plans for this project. This development features a 50-unit apartment complex and 2,900 square feet for creative exploration with spaces for classes, studios, galleries, and more.
