To improve safety, capacity, ADA-compliance, and operational efficiency, the City of Phoenix hired Entellus to widen this roadway and design pedestrian improvements.
The project included adding curb and gutter, sidewalk, bus bays and bus shelters, new bike lanes, street lights, traffic signal upgrades, and drainage upgrades. The proposed improvements required right-of-way and easement acquisitions and the relocation of existing utilities.
