This project included complete inspection and condition assessment of all equipment and facilities on-site as well as float-down and dry inspections of Deem Hills (4A-ESd) and Happy Valley. Condition assessment involved civil, structural, and electrical engineering disciplines, as well as several other subcontractors and JOC contractors – all coordinated and directed to complete critical inspections and repairs within a strict and very limited shut-down schedule. As part of this work, our team performed leak tests and various other special inspections to determine the condition of the existing reservoirs and prepare a comprehensive report detailing costs. Additionally, several full dry-up Maintenance of Plant Operations (MOPOs) were developed.
