The City of Phoenix was interested in developing a park-and-ride facility adjacent to the I-17 at the Happy Valley Road T.I. (HVRP&R) to accommodate commuters wishing to ride “rapid” buses to Downtown Phoenix.

Entellus provided construction administration, oversight, and inspection services for the development of this 7.7-acre facility which holds 550 vehicles. This facility includes links to various modes of transportation including parking structures, motorcycle and bicycle lockers, and a “kiss-and-drop” site. Additionally, there were shaded passenger waiting areas, information kiosks, security buildings, retention basins, and strategically-placed pedestrian access points on-site.
