In an area characterized by high groundwater levels, our team provided design and surveying services for a 398-unit storage complex, built in two phases. Utilizing innovative storm detention techniques, we developed a solution that not only optimized usable space but also ensured that detention storage remained above ground, effectively mitigating potential water-related challenges.
