Legend Hills is a mixed-use, 25-acre commercial development featuring 16 office buildings, restaurants, shopping, and educational buildings.
As part of this project, our team performed topographic survey and staking for alignments and mass grading, prepared legal descriptions, assisted with purchasing surplus property from UDOT, looked at lot planning and layout, and designed roadway, curb, gutter, sidewalks, wet utilities, grading, on-site drainage, and three intersections that tie to the adjacent I-15 Frontage Road. We also prepared estimates and as-builts for the final delivery. The drainage analysis included multiple design-year, event modeling to quantify flows using the rationale method. On-site catch basins provided access to the retention basins.
