Entellus was retained by Meritage Homes to design 4 separate parcels containing 281 single family lots. All 4 of these projects were completed on a fast track schedule so Meritage Homes could deliver approved plans and final plat to the home builders purchasing the parcels. Design included grading, drainage, paving, water, and sewer lines. In addition, a final plat for each parcel was completed. The success of this project was a result of coordination across various consultants involved in the project.
