Entellus evaluated and incorporated critical information compiled from different drainage master plans to create a consistent set of data resulting in an updated storm drain master plan for the City.

Scope of work included evaluating existing infrastructure, utilities, and federal/state/local regulations and ordinances to develop a conceptual level strategic plan for the management of storm drainage as development occurs. This incorporated hydrologic analysis and planned infrastructure from multiple sources into an all-inclusive document that is easy to use, navigate, and update. Alternatives were developed accounting for future growth, development, partnering potential, and availability of opportunities and constraints. Additionally, Entellus assisted the City with the requirements of their MS4 permit which identified the outfalls and mapping of the storm drain system.
