Entellus provided constructability review during the bidding phase, construction administration, inspection services, and federal compliance documentation for this federally-funded two to four lane arterial roadway and public utility project.

Improvements included utility and roadway crossings of the Union Pacific Railroad, a bridge widening over SRP’s Consolidated Canal, construction of a designated flushing assembly for a 24” water transmission main, construction of a PRV, installation of 12” reclaimed waterline, new waterline connections, private irrigation canals and pipes, extension of a 12” sanitary sewer main and laterals, and a 30” storm drain system with catch basins to handle street drainage. Additionally, Entellus oversaw the structure widening over the Consolidated Canal, including special inspection and QA testing, as a separate construction project to take advantage of annual dry-up. In collaboration with the contractor, we also developed a thorough sequencing plan and look-ahead schedule for this work. This detail facilitated the timely completion of the bridge and canal resurfacing. SRP’s dry-up ended and flows within the Consolidated Canal resumed unimpeded by construction.
