The Presidio is a state-of-the-art community center and residents club serving the Montecito Village at Estrella in Goodyear, Arizona.
Entellus prepared complete site/civil plans for the 18,000 sq. ft. facility and associated amenities. The site is approximately 6 acres and supports a recreation center building, pool, ramada, sports facilities, outdoor showers, parking, and various landscape elements.
