Entellus was retained by the Town of Gilbert to serve as the Project Manager/Construction Manager (PM/CM) for a new 2-million gallon in-ground reservoir and pump station near the intersection of Ray and Recker Roads.
As PM/CM for this project, Entellus coordinated and oversaw design and construction of this project from beginning to end. We worked closely with the contractor to develop a system that expeditiously processed shop drawings, submittals, RFI’s, change orders, and substitutions. We also conducted weekly progress meetings and oversaw the administration of the Quality Assurance Testing Program.
