Entellus was first contracted to provide construction layout services for the SCHEELS building. Construction of the structure included vertical control networks, creating and maintaining grid-line control, layout and verification of spot footings, and layout and verification of bolt patterns in the footing. After the building phase of layout, Entellus laid out the utilities, parking lot, and other improvements on the remainder of the SCHEELS site, including sewer, water, storm drain, electrical, curb, walls, and sidewalks. Since its construction, the SCHEELS plaza has become a home for over a dozen other retail stores and restaurants.
