Newland Communities proposed to construct a sewage lift station as part of the sewage collection system for 11 of the Estrella Residential Development communities in the City of Goodyear, Arizona.
This lift station, known as the Star Tower Lift Station, conveys flows from two future parcels, as well as the proposed Welcome Center near Estrella Parkway and Hillside Drive. Sewage is pumped from the lift station to a new 4-inch force main to a gravity sewer manhole approximately 1,500 feet to the southeast which then flows to an existing lift station and ultimately outfalls to the Corgett Wash Reclamation Facility.
