The Rose PRUD is a vibrant, high-density residential community in Farmington City. Serving as a transition zone between single-family residential and light commercial and retail areas, the project was designed to harmonize with larger commercial lots and a regional detention pond, which also doubles as recreational open space. Strategically situated near Farmington Station and Lagoon Amusement Park, the community comprises 76 single-family homes. Entellus has worked on this project from the start, providing original topographic and boundary surveys, conceptual design, roadway and utility design, drainage design, coordination with the City, ALTA surveys, subdivision plat preparation, construction staking, and as-built topographic surveys.
