Situated within the Silicone Slopes of Utah, this project featured a significant 60-foot elevation shift from the highway to the north side of the 15-acre site. Managing the grade across this terrain presented considerable challenges. Moreover, the presence of a federally-owned aqueduct required detailed planning and coordination. The VUE development comprises over 300 apartments housed within eight apartment buildings and 18 garage buildings spread across six terrace levels. In addition to design, survey work included providing topographic and boundary surveys, subdivision plats, and construction staking services.
