The Traverse Ridge Center, standing tall at nine stories, was the tallest building in Lehi when it was constructed. It is strategically located between the Staybridge Hotel, a four-story parking garage, the Lehi City trail system, and a bridge spanning Triumph Boulevard. Our team has been integral to every phase of this development, offering comprehensive surveying and engineering services. From boundary and topographic surveys to ALTA surveys, subdivision plats, easement descriptions, conceptual and final construction drawings, construction layout services, and as-built surveys, we’ve been there every step of the way. Traverse Ridge Center presented numerous challenges, including the design of a tunnel to ensure safe pedestrian connectivity between the building and the first level of the parking structure. Moreover, the site’s substantial 35-foot elevation change between entrance points on the City Streets demanded careful consideration. A sizable underground detention system was incorporated beneath the parking lot to address stormwater management needs, serving the entire development and adjacent City Streets.
