In preparation for the equestrian winter season, auto shows, and miscellaneous seasonal events, the City of Scottsdale needed to make upgrades to this facility.
Entellus provided design and construction administration services for this $5 million CMAR Phase I contract. Improvements included arena construction, show office construction, storm drain upgrades, commercial pad construction, and parking lot construction.
