Austin Ranch is an approximately 760 acre master planned community located in Surprise Arizona.
Entellus engineered several parcels within this community totaling 417 lots. Our team also designed a 12” waterline to serve over 1000 lots plus a future community. The scope of work for these projects included improvement plans and final plat approval. Though the project site was relatively flat, it also had a challenging angled ridge line in the terrain as well. We effectively managed offsite flow through the project site and complied to a Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR) elevation requirement that removed a flood zone that ran through a portion of the site.
